We manage the equipment chosen by the Customer, taking care, among other things, of the delivery, maintenance, supply of all spare parts and consumables, of the technological UPGRADE and the management of any unexpected events.

All services are included in a fixed monthly fee. In this way you have the possibility of:

• Plan and calculate costs related to printer management, saving time and reducing administrative and bureaucratic procedures
• Avoid any kind of problem and inconvenience related to the management of a proprietary printer and not suffer the constant loss of value of the product
• Do not block your resources when buying office machines, but invest them in the most advantageous direction for your business
• Manage the relationship with a single supplier that takes care of all the problems and related costs related to the functionality of the equipment
• Take advantage of the planned Tax Treatment

The rental is, in short, the most complete, convenient and simple solution for the management of an equipment, from an economic and administrative point of view. During the rental phase we will give the guarantee of intervention within the working day following the fault report.

The consumables are already included in our rental fee! So you do not have to worry about costs by lowering the cost / copy up to 80%.

The rental contract lasts 1/3 years depending on the models with automatic renewal, the machine will still be replaced with a similar feature at the end to ensure maximum reliability and quality of printing. The rates include maintenance, consumables, assistance and periodic verification, replacement of the printer in case of prolonged failure over 3 working days. The installation of the machines in the network provides an additional cost, one-off of € 40.00 for the configuration of the first 5 stations.
